Want to learn more about your computer but don’t want to sit in a classroom? No problem. You decide what you want to learn and we’ll sit together at your computer and go through how to do it, step by step at your own pace. One to one, hands on guidance on using your PC for those everyday (and not so everyday) tasks.
- Word Processing for letters, reports, CVs, labels, contracts, minutes, mail-shots etc.
- Spreadsheets for time-sheets, bookkeeping, lists, plans, budgets, invoices, schedules etc.
- Presentations for certificates, reports, slide-shows, training, diagrams etc.
- Databases for ledgers, libraries, inventories, customer lists, contacts, time records etc.
- Publications for adverts, flyers, menus, banners, invitations, business cards, postcards etc
- MS Outlook for email, contacts, tasks, calendars, meetings and more
- For Web Design: FrontPage, Serif WebPlus
- Graphics and Design for Print: Serif PagePlus and DrawPlus, Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook.

For those of you who can always find something better to do, this service can provide all help you need with your paperwork. Our services are mobile, which means we can come along and work with you at home or at your business. If space is a problem, work can also be taken away and brought back when complete. We are flexible. Services include, but are not limited to:-
- Preparing letters, faxes, memos and minutes
- Assistance with presentations, reports and CVs
- Preparing receipts, invoices, spreadsheets and help with your general bookkeeping
- Preparing direct mail, electronic mailshots, internet copy, flyers or other marketing media
- Data entry and maintaining customer records
- Completing forms or questionnaires
- General typing, charts, graphs and graphics
- General clear out and clean up of messy or cluttered offices
- Organising of documents, forms, magazines etc stored in and around the workspace
- Organising of electronic media stored on the computer such as emails, folders and files
- Assistance with finding storage and filing solutions
- Shredding of confidential documents no longer required.
- Any other admin or office work - just ask!
LIMITATIONS
This is a local service and the £12 per hour price applies to bookings conducted only in Thanet, Kent. Please call for a quote if you live outside of the Thanet area.
